About the Role.

You’ll play an active role in shaping the AI models that fuel our groundbreaking products. Your role will be multifaceted, encompassing engineering, research, and everything in between. Your input will touch upon various aspects like model design, data management, training frameworks, evaluation methods, alignment and RLHF, among other cutting-edge AI topics. You’ll be both exploring new avenues and refining existing techniques.

You should have a proven history of outstanding performance in your domain and a willingness to expand your skill set. While a background in large-scale AI is a plus, it’s not a strict necessity; we have team members who originally specialized in physics and mathematics. You should be well-versed in the latest advancements in AI and have a keen interest in conversational AI and its practical applications. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Technology or a related discipline like engineering or mathematics is a must.

Employee Pay Disclosures

At Pivotal AI, our goal is to recruit and keep top-tier talent, offering compensation that fairly reflects each individual’s input. The salary range for this role is roughly between $200,000 and $300,000 along with generous equity plan, subject to various influencing factors.
